Job Description :

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills are required, and a professional, and cordial image must always be portrayed to internal and external clients.
- Works with a high level of independence seeing input from the manager when needed only.
- Ability to seek information, respond quickly and efficiently and provide alternative solutions that benefit the needs of the university community.
- Punctual, reliable and manages time and work with a high degree of effectiveness.
- Completion of a secretarial / administration course would be beneficial.
- Strong computer skills with experience in scanning, formatting and preparation of publications; knowledge of graphic software and MS Office.
- Ability to perform a multitude of tasks while retaining strict attention to detail.
- Ability to seek information, respond quickly and efficiently and provide alternative solutions that benefit the needs of the university community.
- Customer & Service Focused - Demonstrates a spirit of service excellence
- Knowledge & Technical Competency - Demonstrates proficiency in technical and job knowledge aspects of the position to achieve a high level of performance. Able and willing to learn.
- Should possess a higher diploma with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred or an equivalent combination of Education and experience.
- Must have their Own Visa
- Arabic / English bilingual preferred.
- Locally available who can join immediately

Salary Range: AED 4,000
