Job Description :

• Knowledge of all aspects of behavioral change, behavioral sciences, assessment, measurement, verification, and Demand-Side Management (DSM) (energy efficiency and demand response).
• Knowledge of all aspects of regulatory Affairs, including pricing and tariffs, consumer protection, sustainability and energy efficiency, and licensing and compliance.
• Deep understanding of the laws, regulations and policies set for the energy sector
• Deep understanding of the strategic direction of the Abu Dhabi energy sector, the objectives for the sector, the strategic direction of the Department and the requirements of key stakeholders
• Deep understanding of the energy efficiency, DSM, renewable energy, and energy storage sectors globally, regionally and in Abu Dhabi
• 3 to 5 years in a relevant field
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline, e.g. energy, economics, and behavioral science.
